Dear Parent
Your child has registered for Queens Basketball Summer Camp - Mon 6 - Fri 10 July 10.00-16.00 in Queens Sport (PEC)
The camp starts promptly each day at 10.00 and all campers meet in the main sports hall.
Campers will leave bags & lunches in a space on the balcony overlooking the main hall, as they come in each morning.
We suggest that they bring as little extra clothing as possible, as it is likely to be left behind.

No jewellery or watches or to be worn please, so leave those at home.
Long hair must be tied back.
Bring a healthy lunch, snacks and lots of water ( I mean at least 2 litres!) No fizzy drinks permitted
Each camper needs own basketball each day with name clearly marked on it.
Basketball sizes -
P1 & P2 - soft size 4 Available here
All P3-P7 - size 5
All year 8 - size 6 (plus older girls)
Boys - year 9 upwards - size 7
Due to large numbers, we will also use the sports hall in Stranmillis College for the 2/3 older groups.
We will rotate one group each day to walk over - leaving the PEC after the warm up & returning for the 16.00 pickup - so all players will start & finish in the PEC each day.
The PEC centre is used by other members, so all campers must remain in main or minor hall area with their group and use the toilets situated on the balcony overlooking the swimming pool area.
The younger children must remain in the sports halls until collected by an adult at 16.00 sharp.
Family members are very welcome to come down any day, from 13.45 onwards to watch the league games from the balconies - always good fun!
On Friday afternoon (from 13.30), all the finals will take place in the main hall - skills, hotshots & league games, plus the camp dance and the presentations to winners & should be finished by 16.00.
Spectators are welcome to watch from the balcony
